You can try to make a list for the day and start working on it.
Or try to start your day with an activity that you love to do the most.
Set small and realistic goals and reward yourself. Practice chunking. For example: read 5 pages of XYZ chapter today. Once you achieve this give yourself a reward; like listen to 1 song. Then set another goal like I'll solve 5 sums and then again reward. Hope it helps.
