What I do is I try to acknowledge that feeling first then process it, accept it tell myself that it’s okay, I have come far from that phase.
Then try to practice gratitude for what I have and what I have beared.
It takes a lot of courage.

Believe me it heals with time..yeah the vibes Will hit you sometimes later you just need to be strong..Try speaking abt it with ur dear ones or try putting it on paper and post it..Response from people will sooth you..you are not alone in this...May Allah bless you with peace..Ameen
