should I move on or should I wait ..I'm confused with my feelings .....will it be worth it to wait for someone love when i already know that he didn't love me as i love him ...how to get rid of this feelings and how to move on with my life ....when I know it's already over why do I have these expectations and my expectations can hurt me more than it did begore ........the past keep on haunting me ......

    I think you should not wait in such a scenario.

    If the person you're waiting on has given you any signal of coming back to you, then perhaps we can understand why you want to go back however if its not the case, then you should block that person, delete everything related to that person, and remove him/her from all of your social apps. Because looking at them is going to hurt you. And to move on you need to del your past.
