I know how you feel, I've been suffering from social anxiety two years ago and I'm still suffering till now. At first I didn't know that I had social anxiety I thought maybe it was my personality ,then things got harder and harder I wasn't able to express my feelings actually I felt nothing. It is hard for me to speak to people even my family or my best friends, I can't make a simple conversation with them ..... And there is more .
I'm just writing this to say that you're not alone, there are many people who are struggling with this damn anxiety but We have to face it , We have to stay strong
