social anxiety how do I deal with it?

i never new how to get rid of social anxiety I can't deal with it i can't talk to anyone i really want to talk to them and i have the right wods but I can't get them out of my mouth with my friends and family it's different I can talk make jokes but I can't with people who I don't know.

same, it gets really hard for me to get along with people....my hearts starts beating furiously. I just became so awkward but i think we should be little at first few meetings as faking extro behaviour and talking to much would make them judge us...slowly, you open up...be more friendly and cool. you can't do that at first meet ofcourse and I'm intro that's just my opinion
