engage yourself in activities you enjoy as much as you can. distract yourself, go for walks, force yourself to live in the moment
study issues, family issues!
whenever you feel stress don't talk to anyone unless it's important, take some alone time and imagine things happening as you wish to you or imagine that you are in some fantasy world where your wish comes true or imagine any stuffs like that

I can understand that but lemme tell you something whenever I feel stress bi don't do things correctly I make many mistake I yell at people so to calm myself I be alone and imagine that what if I had genie who gave me wish or what if I have superpowers something like that, it's just temporary situation which I use to calm myself, which I use to escape from reality for some minutes, after I calm down I think to get out of stress, it helped me many times
