You need to take some time off from your studies and relax recharge and then start again. You just have to make a schedule and stick to it by dividing your total work into smaller achievable objectives. Add breaks as well but most importantly relax and don’t panic
Iam going through lack of concentration.
At times we need to target the root cause to be able to fully function.

Its a quastion that i cant answer..i cant say what is the exact thing that haunt me.
