Hello. I understand family problems can take toll on mental health. Is there any elder in your family who can help you parents regarding this? You can try having a conversation with your parents where you tell them how you are being affected by their fights. And how this affecting your mental health. They will understand and then you all can decide on how work on this issue and solve it.

its a big problem

I had gonr through same problem in my school days. It totally shattered. Even family elders didn't care. I still remember how mom use to cry. Dad never cared. I use to find condoms in room. I was in very much stress. In school students and even some teachers used to call me as a Maniac. No one prefers to sit near me. In stress I use to talk to wall tree etc. When it was informed to my parents they got angry and ignored it. I had gone through much which can be said Frankly. I had talked about it to my dad but he didn't care. Now it's been more than 10 years and I am sort of used to it. I prefer u to speak to ur dad frankly and try maximum to keep ur mother engaged in other activities. Be strong. Which is very hard I know. But don't lose hope. Only way to get out of the problem is speak to your dad make him understand pain u r going through because of it. Hope ur problem will be solved
