Suicidal thoughts because of family

In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

I'm having heavy suicidal thoughts because of my family issues and other things and I cry everyday....When I go to talk with my parents , they just scold me for having these kinda thoughts and tell me to not to get into the family problems

Ohh I can imagine it must be getting difficult for you to cope up. What’s happening in your family that’s stressing you out?

My parents are not divorced but they are seperated.... though they act like they are the perfect couple outside....my mom is mentally abusive towards me and I can see or talk to my dad for only 2 or 3 times a day....Also my mom is cheating on my dad... everything is so messed up

I feel sorry for you but listen you can't be responsible for your parents mistake , you take care of yourself , you can't do anything in this , it's hard to believe but it's beyond your hand , you live for yourself , you gotta dream you chase it
