acceptance is key...people will come and go in and out of your life. know that you are the only one that sees who you are and that's what matters. you're strong enough to support others when they need help so you are stronger when you're down. yes, it's hard to not be acknowledged or recognized but you exist and you should allow yourself to acknowledge that your well-being comes first and that your feelings are well acknowledged by you and no one else can take that away.

Heard my dad saying some stuff about me ... I have always supported him .. both emotionally and financially still .same with my sister and mom. I have never asked for anything makes me wonder maybe there is something wrong with me that I am fucking unlovable .
