to get used to

I just cannot understand why I have no opportunity to choose something else. different appearance, family, social circle, fate, country. why should I get used to all the horrible things in ma life. some people say they see the world as something gray through a prism of depression, but I see everything as so damn toxic and vomitous. I cannot stand anything that happens to me. I cannot.

I'm so sorry, unfortunately life is harsh and unfair. but the only thing you can start doing is to focus on what makes you happy,  and other things that make you feel better.  if you choose to focus on the bad and negative things, then it will just get worse. so I say you can start step by step by making yourself happy. 💓

its okay to have those days where you feel like that, but you always gotta be there for yourself and tell yourself you are all you need. After that, everything should be easy because once you love yourself nothing can convince you otherwise..

I repeat these words every minute to make it easier. but sometimes there r so many thoughts in my head to fight them. but the doctor and I have  reduced the dose of antidepressants recently and this may be a negative result.
