trust issues in relationship

Hai mam, i was in a relationship for 9 months he only proposed  me but i loveed him more than he loved me. One day i checked his phone, that tym i sw one msg chat that , he proposed some girl and wanted her.he says that he love me soo much to me but he says  that grl that  he loves that grl very much i left him. But he is asking me to give him a one more chance  what should I do now 😣

Hi pinky I understand betrayal of trust can be upsetting. Pinky giving him another chance depend on the understanding you both have the investment you both had in the relationship. I would  invite you think if you were happy in that relationship were your emotional needs being meant. Were you being respected? Try to ask yourself if you give him another chance will he take you for granted?  Since you have evidence of past pattern. You would be able figure out how to go about it.

Yeah mam, i talk with that girl mam , she told me that  he broke with her before 9 months at the same tym he proposed me 😣 i don't  know  what he is thinking  about girls.she also told me that they had some sex. He never respect  any one . When i found about this fault he started saying that I'm disloyal... I don't  need him mam.. Give me some tips to overcome this depression  mam

Pinky it's highly encouraging that you kept yourself first. Healing starts where you accept the fact that it's over and take a step to move forward. I understand that there might be instances where you get Flashbacks of past memories. When you get such flashbacks feel them aknowledge them but don't go with the flow of memories as it might hurt you. Try to endulge in something you love doing. Focus in your strength s and improve them more. Try to be occupied with something it acts as a distraction. Work on Yourself,take good care of yourself and lastly love yourself immensely for being a warrior in these trying times.
