You don’t deserve to be in the space where you are not appreciated. It’s good that someone who didn’t value you left. Now only focus on yourself, have a sense of independence. Focus on a goal, give yourself some time to heal. Don’t rush or don’t make an opinion about yourself that you are not good enough. You are your best version.
