why i cry too much for every small things....i tried to control ....but i can't...it happens always ...what can i do plzz help

Try to calm yourself down and think before reacting to any situation

make a diary fir your feelings and try to listen to listen to songs when you feel emotional this really helped me

You might be a sensitive person, try to not change yourself but practice emotional regulation.
