I am sure it must be difficult for you to process but such type of people doesn't deserve your attention. You deserve to be treated with respect and constant love. Don't stress over it. you will outgrow this feeling. Right now your priority is to study to clear exams, set a to study list for every day, and start working on your exams. Initially, it will require a push but once you pick up the pace you will be able to cope with it very easily.
