hey, sharing from my personal experience how i handled this. so you get anxiety maybe because you are dependent on him emotionally or maybe beacuse you feel bad that he left u for someone else or maybe something else,u need to figure out that exact thing. Then you know that point is your weakness so work on that to heal urself. Then whenever you starts to hv his thoughts focus on ur breath start forming hobbies,keep urself busy,do meditation (it was really helpful),do journalling . these things will help u. And remember that it may take time maybe days weeks or months but u will be fine. Remeber breathing part is actually helpful. I hope this helps, dont worry u will get over him.
