Unable to cope with break up

I had a breakup before 2 years i still don't know what's the reason she suddenly stopped talking to me. i always think that it was my fault I cry every night ,i try to harm myself and day by day iam starting to hate that person it's very depressing iam confused about what I feel

please don't ruin your self esteem for a person who didn't even gave value to your identity . stay calm and you'll hopefully find your actual soulmate
