i was in a relationship before 4 years ago..it was a happy one🙂..but due to some toxic reason it breaks up...i can't tolerate the separation... day by day the intensity of this trauma become more severe... then someone suggest me to start a new journey with a new person.. i made a relationship with a new one..he is too good...i thought that well,i might be forget my past..... but day by day it also become toxix ...bcz of mine..i can't forget my past..so i can't be able to intimate with him...and nowadays this become too much severe... i can't forget my past..but i Have to continue this relationship.. bcz i can't told him the truth and i do not want to break his heart..so stressful and helpless situation for me

Hey! Thanks fo reaching out, i can understand this is a difficult situation to be in. 4 years is a long time, try to accept it that the past relationship isn’t going to be the same again, you are with a new person try to slowly build a bond with him.

the each and every moment i spent with him are flashbacking...i can't dedicatedly continue my present relationship so many problems are coming because of this..even i can't get intimate with my partner...he try to get me close to him...but i can't... only the moments i spent with my past they came into my mind all the time... i am trying to move on...but i can't
