I think about a three months or something. However, I used to have that type of ideas and feelings before, but not as much nor as intense as I get them those last few months. I think I reached the peak those last few days. I'm in an awful mood.
Well I think you shouldn’t be with such feeling, push yourself to get engaged in things.
Initially you will feel detached but with time you will get all of those feelings back.

Yes, I lost my appetite, I don't eat as much as I used to do. And regarding sleep, I sometimes face insomnia and can't sleep easily. But when I sleep, I just want to stay asleep, so I may sleep more than I used to sleep despite the insomnia.
