I am sure it must be really difficult but try to express your feelings, are you close to anyone in the family?
If no one in family... Then any friend whome u can trust??

You need to relax, don't think of those tears right now, and don't feel scared for not being able to let it out, see the good in it, maybe your brain isn't ready to approach the issue yet, it's kinda defence mechanism, maybe you are not able to recognise your emotions, (something like not being able to know what to feel, too many emotions), you should try to recognise, what is causing you to suppress your emotions, gradually, no rush, and try to relax more, keep your brain clear of any thoughts firstly, and reduce your worrying, distract yourself, keeping busy, if that's not possible, take a nap, lots of naps
