I'm going through a breakup situation . It's been 6 months and still I can't forget that person . He tries to remain in touch with me . I don't know I still have hopes but I don't want to feel this pain anymore. it's frustrating,I can't share my feelings with anyone .

Hanging on with the memories and keeping hope from the wrong person will always keep you in darkness. I know it is not easy to move on when you love someone, but you will have to. I will suggest to stop talking to him or talk like an acquaintance ...increase your social intrraction and look for better one.. Hope for the best

Focus on ur interest areas, goals, hobbies.try talking with ur close friends..hanging out with them..it really helps..

I can feel the pain because it took me about 4 to 5 months to get out from the breakup situation.. I ll suggest to take that decision either stay with him or leave him.. but don't be in middle... If u want to come out then only no contact by any mean with him...it will take some time but it will be..
