You are definitely not supposed to stay calm, everyone has their own way of venting emotions.
You should vent your emotions.
But it should definitely not be in a destructive way.

Well all my life I have been asked to be less excited about things, bullied for having too much energy, "Mima are you high or something" in high school, etc. I was just tired of hearing all of this. Spent years learning how to stay calm, and didn't enjoy it. I was to be excited and depressed and everything in between.
So I'm curious kindhearted, why did "venting " come to you mind?
