Unable to have personal space

My parents are very strict and do not give my space . they come and scold me in my room every few mintues. How can i survive witha good mental health

Yess i have and i got my own room :) but i think the thing is their parents do not give them any space so in turn they dont give us any space

That’s not right, you should try to address this situation by talking to anyone of your parent.
