I dont know where to start, this is my very first time to open this up except to my boyfriend.
I've been experiencing depression and anxiety for about 5 months now. It feels like I dont remember how to start my day, especially when I'm on day off. I just want to lay in bed, scrolling on social media but it make it worse.
I tried to take some action like exercise for 30 mins every morning but ended up overwhelming.
I dont know where to start again :(
