In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Stress

Anxiety

Because of what I cause, I shut people down, even the closes ones, and I've to build a wall that no one can pass through, no one knows what I'm going through with. I don't wanna tell them my burdens, it will only make them sad.

Hey! Why don’t you tell what kind of thoughts bother you when you try to share? Are you close to anyone in your family or friends?

My thoughts will only bother them, considering they have their own problems, I don't wanna add up to it...

Yeah you're right that no one will understand what you are going through inside. But is it right to keep your worst feelings and experiences inside you..i don't think so. You are feeling sorry about what you did in the past.right? Then, why?
