Make urself busy... Ur sleep pattern is disturbed... Try waking up early and sleeping early... 8 hrs of sleep is sufficient... U can also try black coffee or milk coffee for a few days ... Try sleeping only for 8 hrs for a week ... U will see results... It may cause b'coz of the weather that u r used to comfort zone... Make urself productive... Engage urself in things u love ... In such cases exercise helps a lot... Atleast do some yoga or workout for 30 mins.... U will definitely see results within a week... All the best... Start now
