In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Depression

Advive me... I am 26 years old. I take antidepressant... Paxideep CR 12.5 and linazep . 5 for almost 2 years. Negative thoughts and experience of previous panic attack is engulfing me. I go to the field.. I run...i take tution..but still I am not able to leave mh medicines. I do not wish to take medicines at the age of 26. I wish to cure myself naturally. Help me.suggest me. Advice me. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. Getting off medicine is a process i think you should let your doctor know about this concern.

I think you must take tablet with gaps...mean if you take on Monday ...don't take on Tuesday Give one day gap ...and slowly slowly you can get rid of your medicine
