In the last two weeks our therapists have answered 211 queries related to mental health.

Stress

I need to talk with someone . Coz sometimes you will say everything to a stranger but never will share anything ur family or friends. It's weird but true.

I have some relationship problems or you can say understanding issues. I'm married 32yrs old .. in between me and him things is not going good . I thought he is dominated me everytime and at the same time I revert back in hars voice even we fight .. I saw things different way and he thinks different way . And I have a very bad quality which is I'm very hars in talking and he never hold my hars words and he started to abuse and beating up . Now I'm very shameless . I don't care anymore and I'm always lost .
