it's not healthy, u need to maintain calorie deficit by making sure ur body gets all nutrients it needs. (in right amt) .

yes in a way, if u work out like for 1-2hrs , then u can go for 3-4 days in a week, if ur duration is around 30-40min then go for 4-5 days - of course take break as ur body feels.

also u will need to increase footsteps to like 5000-10, 000 approx.
