I broke my acl last year got my sugery done but my relatives don't hear that I need more time for recovery .they just bad things to me about life.i feel stuck

They got a chance to put you down...Don't give them that chance... whatever they comment about you, hit them back by agreeing to that comment...you are recovering and it takes time...let them say what they say...you just keep your focus on your recovery

Something I have learned over the years blood is not family ... try to find people who are supportive of you and you are to them. It's always give and take... one way never works. Take care of yourself I think you are wonderful , it will be/get better if you stick around💜💜💜💜

thanks for ur wishes a least some understands me.my parents iam fine when i talk about mental health they ignore it . feels like killing myself.i had no best friend in my whole life.
