i have been sleeping alot lately. i sleep in between 10 to 12 at night. Wake up in between 6-7 in morning then i scroll my phone and again go to sleep and wake up around 10 again. After that i force myself to do the regular chores. After brunch at around 11:30 - 12 i again use my phone and go to sleep. After i wake up i feel very bad and densed. I dont know why i am sleeping so much. These days I feel that I am away from my reality world and i am not even thinking about it. I dont even spend a second without the electronic gadgets especially my phone. While my phone is charging i go to sleep. I have hell lot of work to do but i am not doing it. Even switching On the laptop seems to be hard for me.
