Thank you for reaching out to us. It seems to be that you're having a disturbed sleep.
Sleep disturbances could be due to an interaction of multiple factors, which could be leading to difficulty in falling asleep, disturbed sleep or waking up in the middle of the night, unrestful sleep or an overall poor quality of sleep.
While we would be able to guide you better if we knew more about your sleep disturbance, there are some common points that might be of help:
As a part of a sleep hygiene routine, it's important to ensure that you use the bed only at sleep time. Refrain from any screen time at least two hours prior to heading to sleep. Avoid caffeine or any other substance use. Ensure some physical activity as a part of your daily routine, as well as some form of cognitive engagement during the day. Lastly, you could try using some soothing music, mantra, taking a warm shower, or even soothing aromas while trying to sleep.
In addition to these tips of sleep hygiene, if youre still experiencing sleep disturbances, you could consider consulting a psychiatrist.
