Keep your phone aside, prepare a schedule and stick to it. Take short breaks in between to relax and have a glass of water. Highlight important points and revise at the end of the day. Nevertheless, you cannot do it without willpower and determination

You gotta be serious if you want to score good. Wake up early, have a shower to get rid of all the lethargy and get started with your schedule and remember to keep your phone aside or else you'll find yourself mindlessly scrolling through stuff on social media. I can only give you tips but how you do it is upto you. If you want to score good, you have to stop procrastinating and be proactive instead

I already did. Wake up early, take a shower to get rid of laziness. Prepare a schedule and study topic wise. Take short breaks in between to relax. Keep having water in between. Switch off your phone or turn off mobile data/wifi to avoid distractions. Highlight important topics and points, revise at the end of the day. Study in your room alone and ask your family to not enter the room or unnecessarily talk to you or disturb you in any way.
