I don't know why but in last two months I am ofenly thinking about committing sucide and to avoid these thoughts I sleep for more than usual hours because of which I am not able to concentrate on my study. What can I do to avoid those weird thoughts and do my work properly??

I was very meticulous type of person before but now I sleep for more than usual hours and not able to maintain my health .
