Hi I'm have been feeling helpless , lonely, as if no one's here to listen to me.yes my partner's there...but right now there's less communication cause she's gonna come back to the city where I stay, from the place where her family stays. She told me she's been reflecting upon her life before she gets back here hence less communication. I have been feeling paranoid after hearing this.cause I'm getting alot many thoughts is she finding me burdened, as I'm going through alot (lost my job, family issues etc.) Does she feels I'm not giving her enougj

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. I am sure this must be a difficult situation for you to be in. Have tried talking about your insecurities with your partner? I understand that there is less communication but you are eople are still on talking terms, call her ask her and clear your doubts. This is a difficult time because of pandemic for a lot of people but she is your partner and this is all for the time being, it’s not that it’s going to remain the same.

Hey I was in a relationship for 3 years everything was fine till yesterday but he use to not treat me well sometimes in past but he use to treat me really well now but suddenly I don't know what happened I just don't wanted to be in a relationship so I told him yesterday that I want to take a break he was shock he was asking me that I'm joking or something but I told him the truth but now today morning I'm feeling really unwell I'm having headache stomachache and I can't sleep it's just so hard hard for me to breakup what should I do ? Should I breakup or not ?

Hey! If you feel that you need a break then you should take it. These things are bound to happen, you will feel anxious about it but this will let you realise a lot of things. You will learn to deal with things on your own. What were the reasons you decided to take break?
