Vitilgo causing stress

Question

I have vitilgo and it has always made me feel different from other people. I was strong about it for most of my childhood and luckily didn't face much bullying either but now that I've grown up a bit, I'm realizing that nobody is going to love somebody who looks like me and I don't want my parents to get somebody forcefully married to me down the line. I think I will be alone all my life.

There's more to you apart from your physical appearance and the right person will love you for it and anyway, just because you have vitilgo it doesn't mean you're unattractive.

There's a family friend of mine who developed vitiligo due to side effects of a medicine. She used to say the same as you. But now she's happily married and blessed with 2 beautiful kids. Never underestimate yourself! What about countless acid attack victims who found true love? Anybody who sees your good hearted nature will never reject you for your external looks. But you gotta stay positive and continue to love yourself. More power to you :)
