Hello ever

Question

Hello everyone I am school student and I am facing challenge of board exams and this year some tragedies happened in my house and all of them were so close to me and now I am so much depressed , due to this I am losing my thinking power , in studies I am making simple problems so much complicated for me to solve after getting fail in solving problems I am losing confidence and now I can't think anything properly and when ever I think about anything there is little bit pain in my head. Please help me .

I'm currently in a similar situation, same boards stress and grief. it's extremely difficult, so all I can suggest is to try and divert yourself by focusing more on your studies than other things. if you find it difficult to study at home, go to a Cafe or something.  have fun along with studying

listen, for studies you should first analysis the syllabus the try to complete the topics which have high weightage in each subject and then if you feel fine get your hands on the topics which are not that lengthy..your load will be half and try to complete this much before your pre-boards ...hope it will help you and take care of yourself...

I think you lack stability and mindset to this purpose right now. Try mentally preparing yourself first. Maybe that can help
