Hey.good morning! I dont know if anybody told you this, but there is a part of our life when we all feel like this. This is part of life. Sadly no one told us about it. We all fake smiles and we all fake we like those people who we work with. Or those relatives. It is normal that you feel angry and without energy and in shitty way. The end of seasons is usually the most horrible part of the year. But you need to know, that it will pass. You just need to focus on how to spare the energy you have and to put something nice in your life. If you dont want to socialize, then, buy a plant or take care of a dog or any other animal. There are many places you can go out from the crazy world and help a bit without too much interactions. You need something to focus on. It can be something else as well, something you will feel some achievement at the end. Think about it and try it out. Love, J

Hey. I do understand your part. But there is something called "help yourself and life will help you". I am not saying that you need to do something bad to yourself, but I am saying that it all depends how you treat yourself. Do you wake up and enjoy in the sun? Do you take care to eat healthy? Do you exercise enough? Do you watch and listen to positive things? Do you sleep enough? Think of all this as a detocication of your mind and body. If you feel so negative, it will take time to change all of it, but it is possible. This is one thing you can make. The other one is to call a doctor. You can also do both. And try to focus on you breathing. Go on a walk in a nature. Breathe the fresh air.
