yes exactly nothing will happen. You should set some goals and focus on them just learn something or spend time on something which will make you happy. It will take time but you will find peace i promise

that's not how it works! there will be days when u'll wake up feeling shit, there'll be days feeling u'll wake up feeling better, there'll be days where thought of escape will taunt you, there will be days when u would want to just keep going. u gotta keep pushing through irrespective how feel.
