Suicidal

Question

Hey everyone i have just left merchant navy as i turned suicidal there , now its like 1 month since i left the field , somehow i am just numb these days dont know what to do with the rest of my life  i am just 20 years old i have had financial issues going on with my family thats why i went to that field but thay field changed me so much i am just feeling so weird these days . Not a single day past when i dont feel like dying , i have wasted a lot of money in that field and that is something i am unable to bear , the pain it has left on my chest, there are like so many things going on in my mind i myself dont know  these days . seriously i dont want to die please somebody help me please

Relax,, and take it easy. Commiting suicide isn't a solution, at least find something you're personate about and keep yourself busy with.

yeah keeping urself busy now is the most important thing to do u can do something that u like or love just give it some tym to get better
